Includes: Julia (Take #3 COMPLETE with Fade), Julia (Take #4 COMPLETE with Fade), Julia (Take #5 COMPLETE with extended vocal end no Fade), Julia (Take #6 INCOMPLETE). The vocals on each are virtually identical but each version has different mixer settings resulting in subtle instrumental differences (for example, acoustic guitar and tamborine are more prominent on Take #3 and softer on the other versions). Stevie Nicks - Julia "Piano Demos For Stevie" Master Reel to Reel Session CD #5 CDR This disc includes a very slow piano demo of the song Julia with talking in between takes ("That fucking note") and a partial whisper version at the end-"I live two lives, I pretend I'm not me." Stevie mentions that this song is brand new several times throughout the session, Plus she's arguing alot with Shelley Yakus in the studio over it being 3 O'clock in the morning and asks for Robin to come in the studio with her. This was recorded the night after "Julia" was written. Running time: 19 minutes in length

First track is an instrumental with talking, second and third track is a continuation of the instrumental but with vocals from Kind Of Woman, fourth and fifth tracks have Kind Of Woman vocal that finishes with Studio chatting, sixth track has Tom singing Runaway. Same takes as #2, but these tracks have been split up and are MP3 sourced. Excellent quality.

Stevie Nicks - Rhiannon Master Reel to Reel Session 29-03-78 (REEL #82) CDR Three beautiful takes of Rhiannon from the March 29, 1978 master reel to reel. These demos are piano & vocal only. The first track is labelled as a 'complete' mix, the second as an 'edit' and the third is labelled 'master, better at end',but is more like an instrumental mix, since Stevie's vocals are barely audible. Each version is slightly over 13 minutes long and the vocal on the first two tracks is crystal clear and beautiful. ARTWORK
Stevie Nicks - Sanctuary Master Reel to Reel Demo CD #1 CDR Taken from the original master reel to reel tape. This is a 21 minute studio session recorded 4-81. During this session, the song 'Sanctuary' is constructed (instrumentation and lyrics are arranged and the song is pieced together). Some of the dialog between Stevie and Tom is very funny! (At the end Stevie asks for a glass of champagne as the Heartbreakers are arguing over how the song should be arranged, what should be changed,added, dropped, etc.) Sound quality is perfect, absolutely amazing!
