I was skeptical of Neil Finn and Mike Campbell joining the band (especially given I'm a huge fan of Neil's music and was worried we'd never hear him play his own music again), but I have to say it works really well. For me the highlights of the night were Stevie joining Neil to sing 'Don't Dream It's Over', and Neil playing acoustic guitar standing next to Stevie on 'Landslide', it was absolutely sublime. Mike Campbell killed it on guitar as well. Overall worth the (very expensive) ticket price! Recording Notes: The recording I think sounds fantastic. The only very slight issues is some audience talking/singing around me. I was on an aisle seat and I had some women who wanted to be free of the confines of their seat and dance and sing next to me. Thankfully they aren't that audible for the most part, but you'll hear them occasionally. Worse than that, a very loud extremely drunk guy a row or two behind me decided to join them in the aisle next to me during 'You Make Loving Fun', but thankfully him and his buddies went far enough forward they aren't really an issue on the recording. I was also battling a cold and did my best to avoid coughing, but it happened a few times. Otherwise I think this recording sounds superb. Enjoy!
